We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team, and help grow our sales at three of our downtown locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive private dining/catering sales, and events for all 3 restaurants
  • Identify new sales opportunities by effectively analyzing metrics, program results, and monitoring competitive activity
  • Identify, partner, and participate with local and national organizations that support sales while building relationships and drive lead generation
  • Build Sales Pipeline to effectively target competition as well as relationships with customers
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure the restaurant is meeting and exceeding their expectations
  • Partner with restaurant operations to develop innovative sales strategies and tactics that build events, and private dinning/catering sales as well as grow the brand in the community
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to our standards
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
  • Comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests
  • Develop, plan, and carry out restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Open availability
  • 2 years previous restaurant management experience is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in events/private dinning/catering sales for restaurants
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid coaching ability to support restaurant initiatives
  • Positive interpersonal skills
