Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Evening Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations during dinner service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with bartending experience preferred. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours during busier weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all evening restaurant operations to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Manage and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing and serving beverages.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle scheduling adjustments, staff breaks, and shift changes during service.
- Oversee daily financial procedures such as closing cash registers and balancing sales.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and execute service strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is required.
- Bartending experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights as needed.
- Up to date Food Handler & title 4 certifications
