Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Evening Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations during dinner service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with bartending experience preferred. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours during busier weeks.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all evening restaurant operations to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
Manage and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Provide excellent customer service, resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing and serving beverages.
Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle scheduling adjustments, staff breaks, and shift changes during service.
Oversee daily financial procedures such as closing cash registers and balancing sales.
Collaborate with the management team to implement and execute service strategies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is required.
Bartending experience is highly preferred.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights as needed.
Up to date Food Handler & title 4 certifications
